Beningbrough Hall Family Photography York

A family day out in York; playing on the swings, jumping slides, running free, piggy backs, picnics and ball games galore!

Beningbrough Hall is such a great place for an afternoon out and I was only too happy to join this lovely family to document their visit last Summer. If you haven’t visited, take this as an invitation to do so, Beningbrough Hall is a gorgeous Georgian mansion with beautiful walled gardens and lots of history to read about. The gardens are beautiful, filled with flower beds and vegetable patches in the Summer months, there’s plenty of trees to climb (for those inclined to do so!) and in the holidays there’s usually a treasure hunt to do, which keeps the little ones entertained. I’ve never actually ventured inside the house but i’ve heard that the architecture is stunning and there’s also an art gallery to take in.

Here are a few of my favourite photographs from the session.

“We had a super day with Nic doing our photoshoot. She made us feel at ease straight away and it felt very natural yet professional. We are so pleased with the results, the photos capture our family perfectly and really pick out our childrens’ characteristics! Would definitely recommend her services to friends and family.”
