Yoga for life with Annabel Homer, Cheshire.
For almost a decade, Anabel Homer has practiced and studied yogic sciences and traditions, including philosophy, meditation and expanded states of consciousness, āsana-postures, Prānāyāma-breath, healing and plant medicine. From that passion, a deep desire was born to share these teachings with the world, whether new, sincere, self-initiated or experienced practitioner, everyone should be welcome.
Annabel Homer Yoga guides and holds you through the whole-body healing systems of Hatha yoga, meditiation, ayurveda, prānāyāma, breath and reiki. This is teaching with a joyful journey of discovery through the body and mind to the highest potential of life.
Annabel commissioned me to create a brand identity system and website to launch the new brand which included art direction and photography telling the story of Annabel’s way of life - through Yoga.
Annabel wanted to move away from yoga being thought of as something that you attend once a week wearing fancy leggings, that yoga shouldn’t be confined to a studio, perfecting the flawless asana. Annabel Homer Yoga is for life. A journey of discovery, a mindset, a practice and a promise to be. It made sense that the photographic story was told in Annabel’s home and daily walks around Cheshire. Here are a few of my favourite images from the session.
